Te Pākau Maru - New Brighton

Te Pākau Maru is a key residential development within the wider New Brighton Regeneration Project, delivering 63 one, two, and three-bedroom homes across three sites on Beresford Street.

Bromley Steel was engaged to fabricate and install the structural steel for this multi-stage, medium-density development, delivered for not-for-profit developer Kāinga Maha.

The project required careful coordination to support varied housing typologies, staged construction, and elevated build requirements due to coastal inundation overlays.
