Installation was scheduled immediately after the New Year, requiring fabrication to be completed over the Christmas shutdown — creating significant scheduling and resourcing pressure.
From contract award, we established a clear delivery timeline aligned with the site schedule and maintained consistent communication with the client throughout. Our team returned early from the holiday break to complete final works and ensure readiness for installation, keeping the project on track.
The project was delivered on schedule, with zero safety incidents and all quality assurance standards met.
